NameOnAI is a trading name of UBL Holdings Ltd (company no. 11940647), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Henge Barn, Pury Hill Business Park, Alderton Road, Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 7LS. Contact: hello@nameonai.com.

1. Who we are

We provide AI-visibility (AEO) diagnostics and retainers for UK B2B software companies. We are the data controller for personal data we collect for our own marketing, sales and client delivery. Payment card data is processed by Stripe as an independent controller/processor under their terms when you pay via Stripe.

2. What we collect

3. Lawful bases (UK GDPR)

Under PECR, electronic mail marketing to corporate subscribers (Ltd/LLP/plc) does not require prior consent, but we must identify ourselves and honour opt-outs. We do not send marketing email to sole traders or non-corporate partnerships without consent. Where we process a named individual’s work contact details, we rely on legitimate interests after a documented assessment, and you can object at any time.

4. How we use data

5. Sharing

We use processors such as Cloudflare (hosting/CDN/email routing as configured), Proton Mail (mailbox forwarding destination you control), Stripe (payments), and our bank (Zempler) for payouts. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. International transfers

Some processors may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. UK IDTA / adequacy) as provided by those vendors.

7. Retention

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (including to direct marketing — absolute right), and data portability where applicable. Email hello@nameonai.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk.

9. ICO registration

As a UK company processing personal data as a controller, UBL Holdings Ltd is required to pay the ICO data protection fee unless an exemption applies. For micro-organisations the fee is currently £52 per year (£47 if paid by direct debit). We will maintain registration once trading data processing is live. This notice does not replace that registration.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses only. We do not knowingly process children’s data.

11. Changes

We may update this notice; the date above will change. Material changes will be highlighted on the site where practical.
